At Jabani, we take pride in delivering high-quality natural jaggery products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we follow a limited return and refund policy.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged
- The wrong product has been delivered
Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons, including taste preferences or minor natural variations.
2. Return Request Process
To request a return or refund:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or videos showing the issue
- Include your order number and details
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider
4. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer:
- A replacement of the product, or
- A full refund
This will be determined based on the issue reported.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products without proof of damage
- Requests made after the 48-hour window
- Products with minor variations in color, texture, or taste (as these are natural products)
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, Jabani will bear the replacement shipping cost
