Refund and Returns Policy

At Jabani, we take pride in delivering high-quality natural jaggery products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we follow a limited return and refund policy.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The wrong product has been delivered

Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons, including taste preferences or minor natural variations.


2. Return Request Process

To request a return or refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images or videos showing the issue
  • Include your order number and details

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider

4. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the product, or
  • A full refund

This will be determined based on the issue reported.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products without proof of damage
  • Requests made after the 48-hour window
  • Products with minor variations in color, texture, or taste (as these are natural products)

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, Jabani will bear the replacement shipping cost
